Scott Callender

Founder & CEO

Active in “private equity” for the last 15 years, Scott’s investment philosophy has led to operational involvement in some of his investments. Such has been the genesis of Holos, the creation of which is a partnership with Oxford Biodynamics (OBD), that grew from an investment made in 2007 when OBD’s principals spun-out of Oxford University. Scott’s earlier career included senior positions with listed and non-listed real estate firms, in Australia, Hong Kong, the Philippines, and Singapore. Scott is also the founder of Avila Capital, and is a Board Member of Assetz Property Group. Scott’s studies include BAppSci (Land Economics) at University of Technology, Sydney, and a Diploma in Applied Finance from Macquarie University, Sydney.
